Anniba is the engine behind AITLA's products. As Development and Operations Manager, he leads the technical build and day-to-day operational execution of every platform, from SecurGov™'s municipal workflows to Smartbooks™'s accounting engine. His focus is building systems that are not just functional, but durable and maintainable in real institutional environments.
